COMET C/2023 H3 (PANSTARRS)
R. Weryk reports the discovery of a comet in four 45-second survey images
taken on Apr. 28 UT by Pan-STARRS 2 (F52), noting a condensed 0".6 coma.
Prediscovery positions were reported back to Mar. 2023. Additional reports of
