                          COMET C/2022 JK5 (PANSTARRS)                       
    
         P. Veres, L. Denneau and A. Fitzsimmons report the discovery of a comet in
    four 30-second survey images taken on Apr. 3 UT by ATLAS-Chile (W68), noting a
    condensed 12" coma and a straight 14" tail at position angle 260 deg. Shortly
    after the object was posted to PCCP it was linked to a designated minor planet
    2022 JK5. Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
