                           COMET P/2021 L4 (PANSTARRS)                       
    
        R. Wainscoat reports the discovery of a comet in three 45 second survey 
    images taken by PAN-STARRS 1 (F51) on June 14 UT. He reports a condensed 0".3
    coma and a straight 6" tail at position angle 120 deg. Prediscovery positions
    were reported back to early June. Additional reports of cometary features are
