COMET P/2016 J3 = P/2021 A3 (STEREO)
This object was submitted on 2021 Jan. 6 by B. Bolin (I41) as a potential
new comet and was placed on the PCCP. It was identified as a recovery of
P/2016 J3 by M. Meyer on 2021 Jan. 7 and prior images were found by the Mount
Lemmon Survey (G96).
