        G. J. Leonard reports the discovery of a comet in survey images from
    Mt. Lemmon Survey (G96) in 4 co-added 30s exposures taken 2020 Dec. 14 UT.
    He reports a moderately condensed 10" coma.  Additional reports of cometary
