The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual
minor planets and routine data on comets. They are published
on behalf of Division F of the International Astronomical Union by the
Minor Planet Center, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory,
                              Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A.

Due to a production error, the orbit for S/2004 S 30 on MPEC 2019-T137
was actually the orbit for S/2004 S 25 published on MPEC 2019-T132. The
observations published on MPEC 2019-T137 are correct, but are being
    republished here for completeness.
