M.P.E.C. 2019-O84 Issued 2019 July 28, 18:40 UT The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual minor planets and routine data on comets. They are published on behalf of Division F of the International Astronomical Union by the Minor Planet Center, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A. Prepared using the Tamkin Foundation Computer Network MPC@CFA.HARVARD.EDU URL https://www.minorplanetcenter.net/ ISSN 1523-6714 COMET P/2014 U2 = 2019 O1 (Kowalski) This comet has been recovered H. Sato (Q62) in images obtained on July 27 and 28 UTC. The comet was of stellar appearance, in twelve stacked 60-s exposures, on both nights. The indicated delta-T correction to the prediction, by the undersigned, on MPC 102108 is -0.02 days.
