         This object was rpeorted as a comet by B. M. Africano (G96), who
    described it as showinig a diffuse 5"-7" coma, with a potential tail in P.A.
    225, in four stacked 30-s exposures.  After posting on the NEOCP/PCCP, numerous
    other observers remarked on the cometary appearance, incluing: M. T. Read (691,
    291), who reported a 15" narrow tail in P.A. 225 on Nov. 5;  R. Holmes (807,
    Nov. 5), who descrived a 15" tail in 15 co-added 15-s exposures; H. Sato (Q62,
    Nov. 8), who described a moderately-condensed 8" coma; and R. A. Mastaler (291,
    Nov. 14), described a 18" diffuse tail in P.A. ~225.
