This 19:10 Neptune mean-motion resonant object was detected in a
characterised survey. Characterisation data and other information will be
available from the discoverers after acceptance of a journal paper detailing
the survey. Dynamical classifications are based on a 10 Myr integration of
the nominal orbit as well as the two extremal semi-major axis orbits compatible
    with the astrometry.
