The 1:2 Neptune librator 2003 FE128 remains more than 17 AU, the 2:3
Neptune librator 2003 FF128 more than 17 AU and the presumed 2:5 Neptune
    librator 2003 GF55 more than 26 AU from Neptune over a 14 000-year period.
In the note at the end of MPEC 2003-H07, it should say "2003 FE128 and 2003
FF128", rather than "2003 FF128", although the original one-day-arc guess that
    2003 FE128 was a 2:3 Neptune librator was incorrect.
