    M.P.E.C. 1994-T02 Issued 1994 Oct. 5, 18:20 UT

The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual
minor planets and routine data on comets. They are published
on behalf of Commission 20 of the International Astronomical Union by the
Minor Planet Center, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory,
                              Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A.

                                        1994 TB

Discovered 1994 Oct. 2 at Mauna Kea. A compromise circular orbit is given.
The observations can be satisfied equally well by a perihelic Neptune 2:3
    orbit (a = 39.3 AU, e = 0.22, minimum distance 15 AU from Neptune) or by an
    aphelic Neptune 1:1 librating orbit (a = 30.0 AU, e = 0.07, minimum distance
    25 AU from Neptune).
