Igor Mykolayovych Voznyuk (b. 1964), a graduate of the Faculty of
Physical Department of the Kyiv University, is an optician by profession. His
idea of optimal lighting distribution within an observatory using fiber
technology has been successfully implemented at Andrushivka.
