(38674) Těšínsko = 2000 PT8
Těšínsko is a region in the southeastern part of
Silesia, where the Olza river traverses. In the thirteenth century the
region became a principality. After the breakdown of the
Austrian-Hungarian Empire the region was split between the newly
created states of Czechoslovakia and Poland in 1920.
